FAQ's

Listed below are some frequently asked questions from parents.  We want to ensure your family have a memorable camp experience at Future Stars.  If you have questions that are not answered below, please call us at 215-674-0494, email info@futurestars.com, or use the contact us form.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your payment is 100% refundable until April 1, 2022.  After April 1st, tuition credits, minus a one-time $100 administrative fee will be made only if the Main Office is notified in writing 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp week.  Tuition credits can be used towards extended time or summer camp the following year

What are your camp hours?

Future Stars Day Camps run 9am-3pm with drop-off from 8 AM - 9 AM and pick-up 3 PM - 3:15 PM. Extended Care is available from 3:15 PM - 6 PM.

Do you offer extended time and what are the costs?

Future Stars extended hours are offered 7am-8am and 3:15 PM - 6 PM. Morning ET is $3 per day. Afternoon ET is $6 per day until 4:30 PM and an additional $6 (total of $12) until 6 PM.  Campers are welcome to attend Extended Time any day they attend camp.  Extended Time can be paid weekly or via Auto Pay.

How are the campers grouped?

Campers are grouped co-ed by grade.

What is the Federal Tax-ID number for Childcare Tax credit or dependent care re-imbursement?

Future Stars Federal Tax ID is 22-3265734. A detailed receipt is available for every camper and family.

Does Future Stars conduct background checks for staff members?

Yes. Future Stars clears all staff through a national criminal & child abuse clearance.

Can you provide references from families that have attended?

Absolutely. Future Stars would be glad to provide you some contacts of parents whose children have enjoyed all that Future Stars has to offer.

Can my child be grouped with his/her friends?

Yes. As long as the campers are in the same grade, Future Stars can accept up to 3 grouping requests.
